We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors, Handyman and General Contractors in Tennessee especially in Williamson, Davidson, Cheatham, Maury, Rutherford, Hickman, Lewis and Dickson Counties and surrounding areas.

- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair
- Snow Removal
Requirements:
- Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
Payment:
-We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients
Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
