We are currently seeking a BluePrism Senior Developer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

Summary:

  • Blue Prism development (Processes, Objects)
  • Work on different spying mode
  • Work with Queue, Exception Handling, Logging, Credential Management and Deployment
  • Good understanding of business requirements along with technical details
  • Work on OCR, Surface,Troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause
  • Involved in the QA Verification phase to support the QA team
  • Follow the code adherence like proper commenting, adherence to design, nomenclature and security practices
  • Deliver within estimated timelines- Participating in peer review process of codes adhering to design
  • Follow best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
  • Stay up-to-date with the new features of Blue Prism
  • Work with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out- Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT
  • Perform administrative jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc.
  • Understand the RPA transformation Program approach & methodology act as Catalyst & provide leadership in Automation Transformation Projects
  • Must have done 10+ Core RPA projects as RPA Developer / Lead
  • Work with multiple RPA tools like AA/ Blue Prism/ UI Path/ Power Automate/ Work fusion/ Pega/ VBA AUTOMATION MS Access/ MS Outlook/ MS Excel/ MS One Note/ MS Info Path/ VBS/ JS is add on advantage
  • Having hands on Project Management experience specifically in IT / Automation / RPA projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Blue Prism AD01 Certification.
  • 2+ years of Blue Prism Development

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in .NET and SQL Server
  • Experience in any other RPA tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate
  • Ability to collaborate with peer group, business partners and the management to derive greater results to the organization
  • Flexibility to travel, wherever needed
  • Must be able to lead teams in an unstructured environment.
