Apartment Maintenance / Entry level or Skilled

We have a position on a newer property for a maintenance tech, entry level or skilled. Great if you have experience in one or more of these skills such as electrical, Hvac, construction, pools, or plumbing preferred, but am willing to train the right person. Maintenance is a rapidly growing occupation, the pay is great, with lots of job security. Work with a training supervisor, who has trained 7 entry level workers to become supervisors.
