Summit Apartments , a 382 unit apartment community located at 100 Mountain High Drive in Antioch, TN, is seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician. Ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance and emphasize excellent customer service. HVAC certification is a plus. Must be available to be on-call in a monthly rotation.
Plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC repair, handyman and pool care skills are a plus.
