Jackson’s Prime, an upscale, high-volume steakhouse in historic downtown Jonesborough, is seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team.
Requirements:
Proven grill experience required (steaks, temperature control, consistency)
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dinner service
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism
Team-oriented with a commitment to quality and execution
Details:
Dinner service only
Closed Sundays (except approximately 5 days per year)
