You will be the representative person of our RHG brand by delivering memorable moments to our guests and team.You will:Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee the daily operations.Plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce, to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well-functioning team.Operate the hotel in a manner that represents the brand standards and exceed guest expectations.Responsible for actively communicating and executing the company strategies.Play a key role between the central team and the owners
