We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Canberra. This is an opportunity to lead impactful projects and make your mark in a collaborative and high-performing environment.Key responsibilities:Provide expert technical advice throughout all project stages—from feasibility and design through to construction, integration, and commissioningDevelop budgets and prepare fee proposalsOversee the Urban Development design and drafting programLead civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilitiesProvide guidance and technical supervision to engineers and designers within your service lineManage technical reviews and internal QA processesUndertake project management, bid support, and leadership dutiesSet department goals and develop actionable implementation plansEnhance engineering application processes.
