Sika is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Dallas Fort-Worth area of TX, to join its growing insulatioin team. The ideal candidate will have residential sales experience calling on and managing large National Builders, Lumber Yard and 2 Step wholesaler management experience.They will manage the supply chain for building materials to builders, calling on Estimators and sales reps for lumber yardsManage preferred supplier of stocked material in the 2 step wholesale customers that supply Lumber YardsNeed to have experience preparing, delivering and managing Builder rebate programsPreparing and delivering the value proposition of our building products. Vs alternatives to Builder purchasing and engineering departmentsExperience calling on building officials, educating them on solutions to meet codeActively Participate in Builder Associations on board, technical committee or other committees being a visible leader in the organizationsWork as team member on national residential team, sharing information, ideas and strategizing on capturing share of national homebuilders in all regionsWork in multifamily supply chain from Developers, to builders and their suppliers
