We are seeking a commercially minded Director of Finance who thrives on partnering with operational leaders to drive performance. This is not a traditional “back-office” finance role—this is a key strategic position at the heart of the hotel, working closely with the General Manager and Department Heads to influence decisions, improve profitability, and build financial capability across the business. Success in this role depends on your ability to build strong, trusted relationships, translate financial data into meaningful insights, and confidently challenge and support leaders to achieve results.
 Key responsibilitiesBusiness partnering & influence:Act as a trusted advisor to Department Heads, supporting decision-making and performance improvementBuild strong relationships across the hotel, fostering accountability and collaborationPartner closely with the General Manager as a key strategic leaderFinancial performance & planning:Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with full departmental engagementProvide clear insights on performance, trends, and opportunitiesPresent results and recommendations to key stakeholdersDriving results:Identify cost efficiencies, revenue opportunities, and operational improvementsBuild financial capability across the hotel through coaching and trainingGovernance & leadership:Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong internal controlsLead and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of trust and accountability
