Handyperson (Casual and Part Time)

We are on the lookout for a Casual and a Part Time Handyperson to join our maintenance team here at the resort. What You Will Be Doing:General Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out routine painting, plastering, basic carpentry, tiling, and minor plumbing or electrical troubleshooting.Preventative Care: Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on guest rooms (e.g., lighting, furniture, fixtures) and public areas to fix issues before guests notice them.Rapid Response: Respond promptly and politely to urgent maintenance requests from guests or other hotel departments.Safety First: Maintain tools, equipment, and workshops in a safe, clean order, ensuring all work complies with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.Previous handyperson experience is essential, hotel resort environment desirable.
