Associate Director, Business Data Office, Client Data Team (Onboarding Team)

We’re growing our onboarding and data implementation capabilities as more clients move onto MUFG’s platform, and we need someone who can take ownership of this critical work. In this role, you’ll lead the setup and migration of fund and client data, making sure everything is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.You’ll work closely with teams across the business to bring new funds live smoothly and improve how we do things along the way. Your work will directly shape the client experience at one of the most important moments in their journey with us.What You’ll OwnLead end-to-end system setups and static data configuration for new fund launches and client onboardingManage complex conversions, including data migration, reinitialization, and system reconfigurationBuild and maintain accurate fund structures using offering documents and best practicesAnalyze NAV and share registry data to identify and resolve discrepancies before go-liveCoordinate conversion plans and timelines with internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and informedChampion data quality by ensuring all setups meet internal standards and regulatory requirements (ISAE/SOC)Create and refine standard operating procedures to simplify and scale onboarding processesPartner with Technology and Product teams to automate and improve how client and investor data is managed#LI-Hybrid
