This growth oriented position will have the primary responsibility of providing the full range of fund administration services to Hedge Funds. This individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds and for reviewing transaction and valuation information.  A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:Core Requirements (Both Levels)Strong grounding in accounting and fund accounting principlesExperience in NAV preparation, reconciliations, and period-end processesExposure to diversified fund structures (e.g. PE, RE, Hedge, or multi-asset funds)Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and good documentation disciplineClear written and verbal communication skillsValue-Added ExperienceExperience handling Japanese (JP) clients, or working with Japan-based stakeholdersDirect client-facing experience, including emails/calls and day-to-day queriesPrior involvement in audit coordination with auditorsExposure to financial statement preparation (statutory or investor reporting)Involvement in audit processes (internal and/or external), including audit queries and support
