Senior Associate, IT, Report Developer

The Senior Associate, IT, Report Developer will work closely with Business, Operations, Product Management team and Project Manager to define best technical solution and development process, including but not limited to:Design and development: Create reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations based on business requirements using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and managers, to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.Project planning: Assist the projects in planning, development and test phases. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured project plans, change tickets, release notes and test cases for background processes.Data querying and modeling: Write complex SQL queries and use data modeling techniques to extract and prepare data from various sources.Data integrity and validation: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within reports by performing quality checks and troubleshooting discrepancies.Performance optimization: Tune the performance of reports and queries to ensure efficient delivery of data, even with large datasets.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including report specifications, data sources, and methodologies.Maintenance and support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and provide ongoing maintenance and updates as business needs evolve.#LI-Hybrid
