Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Works Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and ensure the successful execution of architectural projects. Supervise and coordinate architectural construction activities on-site at Camp Blaz

Responsibilities:

Ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications, and quality standards, and within established timelines.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to interpret project plans and resolve any on-site issues.

Manage and oversee the work of construction teams.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules.

Report project status, issues, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.

Prepare preparatory meetings and actively participate in weekly QC meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in architectural construction projects.

Strong knowledge of architectural works, construction techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interpret and implement architectural plans and specifications.

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a secure and hazard-free work environment.
