Office Administrative Assistant:
Looking for a Part Time/Full time Administrative Assistant to support the Guam Island Manager.
The NAKOA Companies, Inc. Is a Hawaii based, small disadvantaged, Native Hawaiian owned, Construction Company.
The Position involves the following:
General Accounting Clerical Work
Administrative Contracting Support
Communicating & coordinating with Hawaii based Contracts Manager and Accounting Manager.
Filing Job files, Administrative Files and Accounting Files (Electronic and Hard Files)
Delivering Tax Payments to Revenue and Tax Department
Picking and delivering miscellaneous items to vendors, subcontractor and suppliers
Support the Manager is soliciting prices for various materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
Skills Required:
Computer Applications:
Excel
Word
Drivers License and clean abstract
Fundamental Understanding of Accounting and Office Management
English Language Speaking is critical
Hours are flexible
