Front Desk Agent responsibilities:
Greet guests with a pleasant disposition, make reservations for guests, answer phone calls, communicate with housekeeping, bellman, and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guest's needs.
Qualifications:
Guest services experience, preferred.
High school diploma/GED required.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Good computer skills
Reliable transportation.
Must have flexible schedule and willing to work weekends and holidays.
