Personal Assistant: Support a busy CEO, be ready and able to change so as to adapt to different circumstances daily. Review and organize calendars, plan daily activities and errands and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to be a motivated self-starter, who can identify what needs to get done as well as complete projects with minimal supervision and for whom no job is too big or too small.

Managing emails, databases and filing systems

Occasional event planning and execution, some driving duties, etc.

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

Managing meetings and appointments, organizing materials as needed

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Liaising with staff, vendors and associates

Estate Manager: Tasks will include upkeep and day-to-day running of a private estate. Oversee maintenance, build relationships with vendors, coordinate with staff members, research and manage overall needs of property and household. Work will include: shopping, meal planning and some preparation. Must love animals, care for 3 dogs, 1 cat and turtles.

Have excellent time management skills and ability to work under time pressure

Have good speaking and writing skills and be proficient on a computer

Have an interest in health and fitness and enjoy helping other live a healthy lifestyle

Enjoy cooking and household management

Respect privacy and confidentiality

Must possess leadership, self-motivation and adaptability

Intuitive thinking and problem solving

Very resourceful, extremely well-traveled with tactful negotiating skills

Up to date on applicable technologies and global communications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask

Maintain discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be involved with confidential information

Bonus - multi-lingual: English and Spanish, others welcome

Proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge

Desirable background & experience:

Prior experience as a personal assistant/household assistant, executive assistant or in some other position of trust where you have supported others; Bachelor's degree is a plus; Must pass background check and have valid license, clean driving record, car insurance and cell phone.

This role will require the utmost respect and privacy, NDA is required if hired.

Assisting: 2 years (Required)

Estate Managing: 2 years (Preferred)

Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
