Benson Bright Preservation is hiring a subcontractor to do yard maintenance at 11 default properties in the Abilene, Snyder, Big Spring areas (see the attached map showing the locations of the properties). Properties are maintained either weekly or twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $50.
Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Additional money is paid for shrub & tree trimming and leaf & debris removal.
Equipment needed is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a computer with internet and a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed, which are uploaded to a website via the internet.
Compensation:
- 7 maintenance visits per day = $350+ per day
- 4 days per month = $1,400+ per month, part-time
