FREEHOLDWORKS LLC. manages bank-owned mortgage property for which we are looking for quality vendors with hands-on previous working experiences in this sector.
We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, good with technology, able to follow directions, insured property preservation, and REHAB vendors.
Common Types of Works to Be Done:
- Debris Removal (Trash Out)
- Grass Cut & Lawn Care
- Repairs
- Securing (Lock Change/Lock Set Change, Lock Box Change, Boarding)
- Winterization
- Make ready for sale
The crews must maintain a strict time frame for submitting the jobs. The approved jobs must be completed with the workmanship and investor/bank/client quality expectations. Job order instructions must be followed strictly. The vendor must be able to communicate actively. Work must be completed as per the inspector or agent’s satisfaction.
Payment:
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. NO ADVANCED PAYMENT IS ALLOWED. Do not apply if you can not wait for payment for one week.
