Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

We are seeking highly experienced Senior Project Managers to lead capital and operational projects in highly regulated industrial environments. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage projects end‑to‑end and has a strong command of the decision gate process —from initial scoping and budgeting through execution, closeout, and handover, within an integrated team.The ideal candidate is a self‑directed leader with strong financial acumen, deep experience in regulated industries, and the ability to communicate fluently with other project management professionals using standard PM methodologies and terminology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery from project definition through completionDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plansEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements applicable to nuclear and highly regulated industrial environmentsServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams using recognized project management frameworks and languageIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risksTrack financial performance and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycleProvide clear, concise project reporting to leadership
