We are seeking a motivated and responsible Crew Leader to manage the setup and installation of manufactured and mobile homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a small crew in the safe and efficient installation, set-up, and finishing of manufactured homes (including leveling, plumbing, utility connections, skirting, and decking).
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes.
Manage job site logistics, tools, and materials.
Communicate clearly and professionally with management, teammates, and clients.
Complete necessary paperwork and daily logs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in manufactured/mobile home installation, set-up, or general construction is required.
Demonstrated leadership ability and a strong sense of responsibility.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Excellent communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
Must possess a good driving record and valid license.
