H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.

Associates degree is preferred.

Three (3) years of hospital experience is required.

Emergency Department experience is preferred.

Excellent communication skills are a must for success in this position.

Must be reliable, empathetic, and have a great attitude.

What You’ll Do

Provides data for centralized database of patient complaints and assists with reporting of patient satisfaction/patient complaints as requested.

Reviews, researches, and evaluates complaints and inquiries.

Serves as resource person for hospital staff, medical staff, and physician's office staff.
