Symetria Recovery provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming outpatient setting. Unlimited clinical services are available to our patients under our bundled-service delivery model. Key services delivered through our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure include MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual therapy, group therapy (IOP), 6-day-per-week nursing care, and ongoing aftercare. Most of our patients being provided medication receive Buprenorphine products, but they can also receive Methadone, injectables (Vivitrol, Sublocade), and any other FDA-approved medication for addiction.What You Will Do:

Provide a leading role in treatment decisions by working closely with the Medical Provider, clinical staff, and Program Director.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for dispensing medications and ensuring the appropriate medical care is administered for patients in recovery.

Daily interactions with patients to provide support while assisting to improve their health and well-being.

The ability to travel to other clinics within the DFW area (Fort Worth, Hurst, Lewisville, Arlington).

Who You Are:

Current and valid LPN or LVN license with no restrictions and licensed within the state of assigned clinic as LPN or LVN required.

1-year experience as an LPN or LVN required.

Full time position (40 hours per week)

Must be able to receive and follow, as well as give detailed instructions.

Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Be able to be efficient while working in a fast paced and stressful environment.

Have good communication skills and maintain a professional working relationship with staff and patients.

Must be capable of working under pressure as well as communicate, organize, and plan effectively and efficiently.

Requires occasional bending, reaching, and stretching.

Must maintain a professional working relationship with patients and staff.

Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time, paying attention to detail.
