Description Completing out jobs in both our CRM & ERP systems. This includes reviewing applicable completion paperwork (i.e lead documents, warranty information, contracts). Processing and applying final payments onto accounts via Credit Card, Cash, Check, and Funding Notifications. Send out daily Completion Report and guaranteeing the report has a high level of accuracy. Closing our deposits daily in our SAGE Intaact system and ensuring they align with the documentation provided. Ensuring all final payment documentation has been saved to the company drive and follows company standards. Bi-Weekly reviews of the AR aging report to guarantee jobs are being collected in timely manner. This includes developing a streamlined process to how open items should be handled Following up on any remaining open balance issues and ensuring items are resolved within a set amount of time. This includes effectively communicating issues on accounts with all required departments. Monitoring all payment plan customer accounts to ensure items are ran as needed. Daily review of deposited items into the Customer Deposit account to ensure all transaction from the previous day have been recorded. Upload homeowner payment files to online database daily Monitor merchant disputes and issuing out all costumer reimbursements EOD settlement of all transactions. This includes processing check deposits.
