The Ford Pro Business Specialist’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of Ford Pro Charging & Data Services billing, invoicing, and collections processes. This role plays an important function within the Ford Pro Global Enablement Organization to ensure a seamless invoicing experience for the Ford Pro customer.What you'll do…
Support all aspects of Ford Pro Charging & Data Services billing, invoicing, and payment collection including month-end processing, usage validation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices/credits/debit memos, chargebacks, refunds, and payments
Engage Ford Pro customers in collections and other billing related phone calls Manage daily and annual compliance requirements
Set-up Ford Pro customers in Ford Pro Billing System (Zuora)
Work with key stakeholders to develop, design, test, and implement billing and invoicing solutions
Manage required and ad hoc reporting
Work with Product Owners/Manager and key stakeholders to provide regular verbal and written project updates regarding design, implementation, and testing status. Identify risks, gaps, and progress to leadership
Amend rate plans for actively subscribed VINs
Support all Zuora migration initiatives as needed
Establish working relationships with multiple internal and external teams, in an entrepreneurial environment
Showcase a strong balance between protecting Ford Pro revenue and doing what is right for the customer
Communicated updates effectively to Customer Enablement and Support team members
Serve as a positive, dynamic contributor that displays the best work ethic, creative problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and a team-oriented proactive approach, while sharing best practices and learnings
You'll have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
MUST have 3+ years of customer service experience in customer facing role
MUST have 3+ years of experience with billing and payment processing, including customer invoicing, credits/debit memos, credit card chargebacks, refunds, payments, and month-end processing
1+ year of working knowledge of an ERP Software as a Service solution
Even better, you may have
High emotional intelligence in both professional and social settings with ability to establish and maintain influential relationships across the organization and with customers
Experience with Zuora and/or SAP BRIM preferred
Global experience preferred
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate political arenas with ease as well as persuade, influence, and sell change effectively while projecting a professional image
