One of our Austin clients is looking to add a Director of Business and Quality Analysis to their growing team in the Insurance Industry. This permanent position offers the flexibility to work in a Hybrid environment. This role will work with a variety of different teams and will have the BA & QA Team reporting directly to you. You will guide the technology solutions through all phases of the SDLC and focus on optimizing business processes and efficent operations. You will supervise projects, address issues and create solutions that can be addressed in software applications. location: Austin, Texasjob type: Permanentsalary: $95,000 - 155,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of Business Analysts and Quality Analysts
- Collaborate and work with other teams throughout the organization on certain projects and intiatives
- Create strategic plans for technology related processes and analyze existing processes to resolve issues
- Develop project and system documentation like user stories, BDR's, workflows, QFD/ Quality House Templates, sequence diagrams, RACI Charts, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to make sure product quality and requirements can be tested accurately.
- Work with customers and the technology team to address business needs
- Experience level: Director
- Minimum 5 years of experience
