Job Family: Software Req ID: 457273 Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Program Manager to join our Digital Verification Technologies (DVT) team. This role will focus on managing global hiring programs, tracking action items and deliverables for critical initiatives, and coordinating training and knowledge-sharing efforts across geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and functions. Key Responsibilities:
Global DVT Hiring Program Management :
Ensure DVT hiring teams are following uniform hiring standards across geographies in alignment with DVT policies and objectives as well as DISW hiring philosophies and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the DVT Workforce Plan, including DVT resource managers, functional managers, leaders, as well as P&O Business Partners (HRBPs) and Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs).
Align hiring plans with organizational goals and maintain consistency across cross-PL, cross-product, cross-team, and cross-functional Req movements. Communicate with business, finance and P&O partners as necessary.
Oversee the lifecycle of requisitions (Reqs) from initiation to closure, providing communication and understanding of recruitment strategies and statuses of the open Reqs to the business leaders. Work to help resolve any challenges or bottlenecks that may occur from a business standpoint.
Collaborate with P&O Partners to understand historical data on hiring trends and attrition rates. Support leaders with this data to drive decision-making
2. Action Items & Deliverables Management for Key Initiatives:
Monitor and follow up on critical action items and deliverables for high-priority projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of critical projects (e.g., Open Source Software (OSS) tracking) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Serve as the central point of coordination between leadership and teams, streamlining communication and project management.
3. Virtual/Live Training & Meeting Coordination:
Plan and organize virtual and live training sessions across global teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and collaboration.
Coordinate cross-geography meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives, facilitating seamless execution and communication.
Manage access controls for training materials, knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, and domain knowledge repositories.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders across global teams.
Strong skills in data tracking, analysis, and reporting, with experience in creating dashboards and visualizing progress.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with training coordination and knowledge management is a plus.
Proficiency with program management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools).

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
