The scope of the Qualtrics support will cover the following:
- Deploy surveys, user set up, dashboard set up, UAT.
- Customization of the survey, dashboard, etc.
- Dashboard data validation - correct flow and set up before sharing with internal clients. The standard template needs to be enabled for each survey.
- Sample rate adjustment, Trigger criteria set up.
- Help with survey coding and dashboard set up where the internal client is using the Qualtrics platform but not the CES survey. This could be a Market Research survey or an NPS survey.
- Open-end questions - topics and keyword synchronization in the Qualtrics platform
- Assist with automated delivery of dashboard reports as requested on an ad hoc basis.
- Automate the flow of data from Qualtrics to client's reporting dashboard aggregated for reporting as new surveys are added
- QA and maintenance of surveys in the platform
- Analyze data from surveys and integrate with other customer data to deliver analytical insights.
- Descriptive, exploratory and predictive analytics using survey and other data.
- Validating new survey data in the Google Cloud Platform
- Text Analytics - Open-end questions - topics and keyword synchronization
- Assist with reporting requests [ppt], and tableau /Power BI dashboards as needed
