Job Description

Snow Software is seeking a Renewal Account Manager. The Renewals Account Manager is a critical member of the Snow Software sales organization focused on selling into our growing list of customers. You will be working directly with customers to ensure a seamless renewal experience. We are looking for a team player that will work closely with the account team to make sure customers renew contracts on-time and ideally for multi-year terms.

  • Lead the renewal sales cycle from proposal stage thru contract execution
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly renewal targets based on your assigned accounts
  • Maximize renewal revenue and opportunity to increase Snow’s footprint
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within dedicate client base
  • Accurately forecast quarterly renewal rates and maintain CRM
  • Appropriately leverage internal resources to help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any potential customer issues.
  • Provide timely and actionable insight back into the broader organization including Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with key contacts at our customer accounts.
  • Identify any “at-risk” renewal clients early in the cycle and define issues inhibiting a successful and timely renewal

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Sales and/or Account Management role selling software/hardware or warranties
  • 1+ years in a Renewal sales capacity is strong desired
  • Strong track record of sales accomplishments leading commercial negotiations in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience closing complex business transactions with multiple approval levels
  • Strong finance and procurement knowledge is highly valued around ROI, Project Payback, Time Value of Money and TCO-base selling
  • Understanding of legal terms in software and cloud solutions and contractual agreements is strong desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with initiative
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with the business and procurement sides of large organizations.
  • Can demonstrate interest in life- long learning and personal development
  • Strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS-Office especially Excel and Salesforce
  • Ability to ravel 10-25% as needed
  • Degree preferred
