Team DescriptionIdentity and Access Management (IAM) is a key technology pillar at Visa, responsible for providing secure access to misc. payment related applications and services from a variety of users (employees, businesses and customers across) globally. To stay ahead of the rapidly changing security landscape especially with globalization of Visa'sbusiness and newer form factors of access via new devices, IOT etc., has direct impact on IAM Services. IAM team is rapidly growing and has a global presence in Singapore, Beijing, Bangalore, London, Austin and Foster City.

- OwnIAMProjects and implementation tracksfrom ideation to production operationalization.
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver the solutionto serve IAM and Access Governance Use cases.
- Frequent and Periodic reporting of Project Status to Senior Managers and Executivesin the form presentations, Product Demos and Design Social sessions.
- Design, develop and testing of IAM components: Services in SOAP/REST, Core Java, J2EE, JS Frameworks and Python.
- Architect andImplement Data Analytics using Big Data Stack like HDFS, Spark and Kafka.
- Deploying & Using 3rd party IAM products likeService Now, Azure AD, Sail point or ForgeRock.
- Work with a global team operating in different time zones.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD BS/MS in EC/CS/IT 12 + years of Solid hands-on experience as programmer/developer with specialization in Java and J2EE. At least 5 + years of solid experience in delivering production level engineering solutions supporting Tier 0 and Tier 1 systems preferably on Authentication, Authorization and Audit space. At least 2 years of experience building full stack applications using Angular.js, Node.js or React Strong inter-personnel, analytical & communication skills Experience leading a team of Engineers Experience building platform APIs and SDKs Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery Prior experience on IAM products related to Authentication, provisioning, authorization, SSO, and/or enterprise security protocols like SAML, OpenID, OAuth and/or mobile development (iOS/Android) a big plus Prior knowledge of Apache big data analytics tools a plusAdditional Information
