Role: Service Delivery Manager Location: Austin TX OR Sunnyvale, CA Duration: Fulltime Job Description:
- Service Delivery Manager
- A mix of AMS and Java or SFDC or ETL/BI mix background and strong SDM experience.
- Technical background is a must
- A strong customer success attitude who can solution, upsell and communicate.
- Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Must have participated in presales, solutioning or architectural discussions
- Minimum of 15 years of experience of which at least 10 should be relevant to this role
- must have worked in an onsite : offshore model
- must have led a team of at least 30-50 resource
