For more information, click here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhsbOsBiXM) .Role reports to: Tax Director Tax Process and TechnologyLocation: RemoteTravel %: 10%What you will doThe Tax Manager – Global Tax Technology is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP)/ GAM/ UTP/ Dataflow and Corptax software.The Global Tax Technology Team partners with Tax Operations and Tax Planning as well as Kenvue IT and external vendors to identify technology solutions that enable efficient, accurate, and sustainable tax reporting, compliance, and planning activities.Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage direct tax technology solutions utilized by Kenvue.
Lead special projects to improve automation and efficiency of tax processes across the tax organization.
Support global initiatives related to consolidation tool implementation, OneS4 implementation and data analytics related to tax reporting.
Serve as primary administrative lead for OTP, GAM, Dataflow, UTP and other ONESOURCE applications for all entities.
Serve as lead in coordinating the maintenance of the OneSource platform. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support Tax consolidations team in utilization and process improvements related to OneSource tools.
Coordinate installation, rollover and set up of each Tax Provision Cycle (both forecast and actual)
Perform OneSource Dataflow rollover and maintenance.
Review ONESOURCE Tax Provision testing and sign off on associated SOX documentation.
Support OneSource users with daily inquiries
Support Corptax administrative responsibilities including e-filing of US tax returns.
Lead CIA and PwC annual audits related to ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Corptax processes.
Lead global rollout and training of ONESOURCE Tax Tools and Corptax as assigned.
Serve as back up administrator for other tax software applications as assigned.

QualificationsWhat we are looking forQualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with a preference in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
A minimum of 6 years experience in a U.S. multinational corporation is required.
Ability to understand basic accounting and tax concepts is required.
Experience with Alteryx is preferred.
Ability to understand IT terminology is preferred.
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision is preferred.
Experience with OneSource Dataflow Administration and knowledge of building data flow templates is preferred.
Experience with Corptax compliance is preferred.
Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with business partners is required.
Good organization skills and ability to effectively prioritize and manage time is required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PC based programs: Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS functions, formulas) Word, PowerPoint, is required.
Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and promote innovation and continuous learning within the group is required.
Ability to foster an environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork and development of people for optimal performance is required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Power tools is preferred.
Experience with Financial Reporting systems such as SAP and OneStream is preferred.
Macro programming experience is preferred.
This position is positioned remotely but will require travel to NJ sites depending on project needs.
This position may require up to 20% domestic or international travel.
This position will support multiple time zones during peak quarter close periods and will require flexible working hours during these times.
