BILINGUAL Is A Plus

Experience: 2 year minimum in contact center/related and 1 year minimum administrative healthcare (dental/medical office front desk for example)

Duration: Seasonal role through the holidays w/ opportunity to be extended based off productivity

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Role Summary:

Assist providers by resolving coordination of benefits

inquiries by analyzing patient activity (including enrollment, third-party liability, and

claims attachments). Interpret and communicate accurate insurance coverage by having a comprehensive understanding of the process. Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions. Educates customers and dental professionals on eligibility,

benefits, claims payment, and authorizations. Provides direction on the usage and

benefits of self-service tools.

Job Summary Details:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.

Resolves claim payment inquiries by researching and analyzing patient activity and

determines appropriate action to be taken

Thoroughly document all customer transactions in host systemes.

Answer 80+ calls per day.

Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater

Other duties as assigned.

Education Level: Minimum of High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Years of Experience: At least 2yrs Customer service experience in a call center environment, 1yr in healthcare administrative experience or related required.

Specific Skills/Knowledge

Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language

Outstanding customer service skills

Knowledge of dental terminology and practices

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm

Bilingual preferred
