We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist/patient treatment coordinator to join our talented and dedicated team.
You must have experience managing a front desk of a dental practice.
Bilingual a Plus.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals
Answer phones and confirm appointments
Greet and check in patients
Daily/monthly reports
Accurately verify dental insurance benefits
Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
Dental and Medical insurance knowledge is a plus
Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
Maintain a clean and professional office environment at all times
Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans to patients
Willing to assist with back office and marketing as needed
Eaglesoft, paperless office experience is a big plus
Our schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30-5 Lunch between 1 and 2
