We are seeking a certified or experienced arborist to take a project management and oversight role for our tree and landscaping operations. This position focuses on supervising crews, ensuring safety standards, guiding proper tree-care techniques, and overseeing general landscaping work across multiple job sites.
Job Duties
Oversee and manage daily tree and landscaping projects
Direct crews performing trimming, pruning, removals, brush clearing, and landscape work
Conduct tree-health evaluations and risk assessments
Provide expert guidance on large-tree operations, rigging, and safety procedures
Plan jobsite workflow, equipment needs, and task sequencing
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety requirements
Communicate with workers and management to ensure efficient project execution
Requirements
Certified arborist (ISA) or strong professional experience in tree care
Experience supervising teams or managing project sites
Knowledge of landscaping practices and general grounds maintenance
Must be safety-oriented, organized, and reliable
Ability to give clear instructions and oversee daily operations
Climbing or rigging experience is a plus but not required
English required; bilingual ability is a bonus
Pay
$25–$35 per hour depending on experience. Paid by the Job
