We are looking for a janitor with cleaning experience to work with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Clean & sanitize designated areas including, but not limited to, kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, etc.
-Vacuum & mop floors, carpets, & rugs
-Dust & polish furniture & surfaces
-Collect & dispose of trash
REQUIREMENTS:
-Able to work in the U.S.A. (Visa, U.S. resident or citizenship)
-Driver's License
-Ability to work independently & as part of a team
-Attention to detail
-Excellent time management skills
-Good communication skills, ie; English or Bilingual English-Spanish
