JOB SUMMARY
The Construction Laborer position includes daily clean-up and labor activities at a construction site. This position assists the Project Superintendent and helps maintain the construction site to accommodate all phases of the project including safety, site clean-up, and any other requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT
At least three (3) years of field experience on new construction, renovation and/or tenant finish-out
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable
Reliable transportation
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Identification Card or Driver’s License
