Should be knowledgeable in general plumbing and electrical and general repair work.
Siding, roofing, welding, concrete, fencing and paving and make ready knowledge not required but a plus.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
This job is primarily an outdoor position.
There will be interior work available when necessary.
Schedule is 40 hours/week to start.
Possibility for overtime when needed.
