About the Role
Our porters are the heartbeat of Gevity’s daily rhythm. They are the hands and eyes that keep the space cared for, calm, and ready for every member who walks through the door. This is more than a cleaning job - it is about creating an environment where every detail, from folded towels to spotless locker rooms, supports belonging, comfort, and ease.
Responsibilities
Maintain spotless locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and shared spaces throughout the day.
Reset cold plunge, sauna, and recovery zones with care and attention to detail.
Monitor towel service and ensure par levels are always met.
Support café area cleanliness, including tables, counters, and kitchenette.
Respond quickly to spills, member requests, or facility issues with warmth and professionalism.
Partner with the Hospitality and Operations team on daily opening and closing routines.
Track and restock supplies and communicate proactively when inventory runs low.
Assist with occasional event setups or light facility support tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Reliable, consistent, and proud of maintaining a high standard.
Warm, service-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being asked.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support wherever needed.
Basic English skills to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
Experience in hospitality, fitness, or facilities roles is a plus but not required.
Schedule and Pay
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20 per hour
Shifts may include early mornings, mid-day, or evenings, based on club hours (6 AM – 8 PM weekdays, 8 AM – 6 PM weekends)
Start date: November 10, 2025
