Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance crew members.
Use mobile apps and digital tools to track schedules, work orders, and crew assignments.
Ensure high-quality work in mowing, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance.
Conduct site inspections to guarantee work meets client expectations.
Train crew members on both landscaping techniques and technology use.
Maintain and troubleshoot landscape equipment, including app-based systems.
Communicate with clients and management regarding job progress, changes, or issues.
Qualifications:
2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, with 1 year in a leadership role.
Proficient with technology, including mobile apps, digital work orders, and scheduling tools.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Must be able to haul a trailer safely and efficiently.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and operate landscaping equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
