Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:55 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment (presses, lasers, bonding, and assembly stations).
- Handle fiberglass materials safely.
- Follow instructions to maintain production flow and quality standards.
- Inspect products, document findings, and report defects.
- Complete required paperwork and cross-train as needed.
- Support Environmental, Health & Safety policies and IATF 16949 standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior manufacturing/inspection experience preferred.
- Comfortable with metric measurements and physical activity (lift 15–35 lbs).
- Team player and dependable.
