Bilingual Lead Maintenance Technician - Full-Time Position Available!

We are a well-established apartment community in Austin, looking for an experienced, skilled, and dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years experience as a Lead Maintenance. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Must be comfortable working on computers, and must be good at managing a team to oversee make readies, work orders and general property maintenance.
