We're looking for experienced salesmen/women who will drive to pre set appointments with home owners and make $2k-4k a week. MUST have experience selling in homes. We strongly prefer experience in one of these markets: bathroom remodeling / kitchen remodeling / windows / siding / roofing / solar / insurance / home improvement!
Commission is 10% of the gross on company leads (most other remodeling companies pay 6%), and 40% profit on self-generated leads. Contracts average $25,000.
We are offering full time or part time sales positions.
We are selling bathroom & kitchen remodelsmost often bath tub to shower conversions, but can include tile, cabinets, additions, flooring, vanities, sinks, mirrors, faucets, etc.
Job requires one week of training to learn products and proven sales techniques.
Responsibilities are:
drive to preset appointments to meet homeowners
build a relationship of trust
identify customer needs
provide solutions
maintain product knowledge
one call closing
minimal prospecting
