We are expanding our business in 2026 and are looking for motivated individuals to train as software developers with the goal of joining our team full time.
This is a 3 month paid training program designed to identify talent who are reliable, motivated, and committed to a long term career in software development. No prior experience or personal computer is required to get started.
Participants who successfully complete the program and demonstrate the right attitude and skill may be offered regular full time employment.
Program Details
Duration: 3 months
Training Schedule: Daily from 10 AM to 12 PM
Compensation: $30 per week during training
Flexibility: Participants can use the rest of their day for personal work or other activities
Equipment: Personal computer not required at the start
Goal: Identify and train future full time software developers for our growing business
