Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—engaging with homeowners, educating them about our roofing services, and generating qualified leads. This is ideal for students who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and eager to earn based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
Assess homeowner needs and qualify leads for follow-up by our expert sales team.
Schedule appointments for roof inspections and consultations.
Track daily activity, leads, and appointments using mobile apps (e.g., Spotio).
Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Compensation
Hours rate: $15 an hour plus commission
Commission: Earn $50 for every qualified lead and $200 for every lead that results in a sale!
Bonuses: Additional incentives for top performers and team achievements.
