Must have Transportation, basic tools and can measure, level and form for concrete foundations. Must understand both engineered foundations and can read drawings, but also understand how to build a strong concrete foundation that will last without drawings.
Will also need a few plumbing pipes for this job if you know a plumber that's interested.
Problem solving skills are a must
