Character more important than experience. You have to enjoy working. You have to enjoy the process of diagnostic, research, and manual labor. Can you lift 200lbs? Can you climb a ladder? Can you crawl in attic of bar on sixth street to fix their carbonator pump?
EPA cert for fridges would be nice, but not top priority.

I fix everything. Mostly restaurant equipment lately. Need a humble happy servant leader Mr fix it that I can send to jobs while I set up biz for expansion, get or build warehouse/shop, etc need to do contract 1099 for now until I get payroll setup, etc
