We are currently seeking a bilingual Korean-English translator/interpreter to assist with communication on an active construction site. The ideal candidate will facilitate clear communication between Korean-speaking workers and English-speaking supervisors, engineers, and staff.
Pay is up to $28/hour , no per diem at this time is offered.
Responsibilities:
Interpret verbal instructions and conversations between Korean and English speakers on-site
Translate construction plans, safety guidelines, and written materials as needed
Assist with meetings, training sessions, and daily operations
Ensure clear and accurate communication to support project efficiency and safety
Requirements:
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Reliable and punctual
Prior experience as a translator or on a construction site is preferred
