RNG Plant Operator will play a critical role in the operation and maintenance of our Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, ensuring efficient and safe processing of organic materials into renewable energy. This position will work closely with the operations team to monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a plant or industrial setting, preferably in RNG, biogas, or similar industries
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to electrical systems
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call and overtime as needed
Strong knowledge of electrical theory, control systems, and instrumentation
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation schematics
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights and holidays, as needed
Additional technical training or certification in process operations is preferred
Valid Class C driver’s license
Record of safe driving for the last three years
