Looking for an experienced operator to level and grade a large yard (about 20,000 sq ft).
Must have experience using a laser level for accurate grading (need your own), and be comfortable operating a skid steer to smooth the surface and establish a clean slope.

Remove high spots and fill low areas
Prepare the yard for turf installation
